In fact, *all* of those are invalid. It should be:

<objURI>urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:host-1.0</objURI>
<objURI>urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:domain-1.0</objURI>
<objURI>urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:contact-1.0</objURI>
