RE: [EPP-discuss] Release of EPP 1.0.8 to

Below an example of whatever you can find, sometime, with other NICs who seems a little bit more accurate

An object will return not available but the extension will determine why and if the degree of reservation may allow the registrar to create the domain name under some specific processes (documentation process etc...)

I took the example of the .FR who may seems a little bit overwhelming but it have a very good detailed approach. They have extended there check answer with a reserved and forbidden value who may be use by the registrar to determine if a domain name can be, or not, registered under certain circumstances.

Could we imagine the same approach or is it already the case and I missed it ?

Not sure about this :

" Blocked domains are now indicated as available in domain check"

Why will that be ? Was it some requirement from any registrars ? Should the Check command not simply return not available with an extension and details "reserved" "premium" etc...

If I do a check and you tell me it is available I will simply start processing the order, go to the CREATE DOMAIN command and then what will happen ?

. Blocked domains are now indicated as available in domain check
. Exception on attention data for company contacts as registrants are now handled properly. Also eliminating a danish error message emitted from the subsystem
. Validation of existance of user in create domain command now implemented
. Validation of userid resulted in error 2500 and disconnect this has now been changed to 2005 and no disconnect
