No answer yet... are we to have some kind of out of office hour support anytime soon ? I know this is Denmark but still...

Our orders are piling up, our workflows waiting for DK-HOSTMASTER notification of completion in order to complete those and inform our customers.

Having those notification down for so long is pretty unacceptable in our opinion. It just broke our DK production chain and that is now happening for two days and generate extra work for our company since our customers are asking questions.

Whom do we have to contact during those off hours ?
