SV: [EPP-discuss] New self-service still not working at all ?

Ståle - confirmed, the loading time for just about any action on the self service site takes forever.
Unfortunately we had to register a few domains for ourselves and are now experiencing exactly the same as our customers are complaining about to our guys in sale and customer service.

There is nothing on the main website stating issues and that certain action has or will be taken to solve the issues obviously at hand. So, I just had to brief our customer service that they should advise our customers to have a little patience with a new system. Unfortunately, we cannot do more from here but keeping our fingers crossed hope for fast solutions and guide our customers best way possible.

Hi everyone,

Is it just me, or is the new self-service even worse than the old one?
It's been more than 24 hours since the new version was launched, and I thought that all the error messages we got yesterday perhaps would be fixed by now. But no, still nothing works as it should:

- Loading a simple webpage takes forever
- Logging in gives an error "We're sorry - something has gone wrong"
- Function "Accept the role as proxy" gives "Database error"
- "Logged out because of inactivity" after 2 minutes

and the list goes on. Why is DK Hostmaster using us and the registrants as beta testers for something that is clearly not yet finished?
