Clarification in regard to domain application with the new registration proces

Dear Subscribers,

We are currently observing an issue with the receipt being sent prematurely when registering a domain and we are currently looking into addressing this. We are sorry about this confusion this misconfiguration has caused.

The issue is only relevant for domain applications sent via EPP without the token indicating that the agreement has been accepted. These are receiving and poll message indicating that the domain application has been approved, which is not the case.

The domain application has been placed in the queue and will be handled by DK Hostmaster, but it requires the acceptance of the registrant, so the registrant receive requests to complete this, within a timeframe of 4 days. If not completed the application is deleted.

This mean that the state of the domain application is pending, as indicated in the first message in the response to the create domain request, until it can proceed. The applied domain is NOT visible via WHOIS or info domain, this state is only visible in DAS and EPP check domain.

Do note that the sequence of applications is respected and all applications will be processed on received order.
